Happy Holidays to all. I hope life has been treating you kind. I've got some updates for y'all regarding the band and our new CD.
Since we last talked, 28N has been mad busy. We rocked Fredonia's Old Main Inn after some last minute rehearsal at the infamous 40 Center. As always, we had a great time kickin' out the jams for our friends. The show helped to knock some rust off before we headed up to Toronto to record with the uber-talented Producer Brent Bodrug of The B-Group Music. While in Toronto, we banged out five sick tracks (You Wouldn't Take It, So Predictable, Matter of Fact, Gold, and Walkin' On a Timeline)...all destined to be number one singles on the Billboard charts. Recording the new EP was "good times" and we were fortunate to work with some exceptionally talented people. I believe these five tracks represent 28N's finest work to date and I'm sure y'all will concur. It was an experience I will not soon forget.
Nate just completed the vocals this week and our part in the making of this record is complete. Now we have to wait for Brent to work his magic behind the mixing board before "yous guys" can give it a listen. In the meantime, Nate has jetted off to The Big Apple to move in to our new crib. I'll be following after the holidays. Perhaps the next time you see us we'll be on TRL...co-hosting perhaps.
Enjoy the holiday season kids. Be safe...love one another...and take it easy on the egg nogg.
Signing off,
Lowelly
